- - 3 or 4 Premium Vanilla pods
- - 500 gr ice cream (best tastes are milk or yogurt)
Cut the tip of 2 or 3 vanilla beans and cut them with a scissors to the total length. Take a small dull knife (like the one from parmesan cheese) and use it as a spatula to remove the seeds inside the middle of the pods. Take the ice cream melt it slightly and mix with the vanilla seeds. After mixing well put the ice cream in the freezer to solidify until it reaches the right consistency. Serve in bowls and decorate it with the empty pods.
