- - 30 g Turmeric preferably fresh
- - 250 ml of organic milk
- - 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- - 1 tablespoon of honey
Peel the fresh turmeric, finely grate it to get a paste. Take milk at room temperature (or cold) and add the grated turmeric (alternatively you can use pure turmeric powder). Add ginger powder and honey and mix well.
