- - 1/2L water
- - 500g Broccoli
- - 1 teaspoon of salt
- - 1 tablespoon of Extra virgin oil
- - 1 teaspoon of Pink peppercorns
Boil the water with a teaspoon of salt in a pot, when it boils add the broccoli previously washed and cut in small pieces, cook with for 15mn then stop the fire. Use the mixer for 2mn on the soup in order to have the creamy broccoli. Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin oil. Serve in a deep dish and add 1 teaspoon of pink peppercorns for every portion.
