Ingredients:

  • - 300 gr Smoked Salmon or Fresh (at your leisure)
  • - 1 Lemon
  • - 5 gr of of wild pepper Voatsiperifery
  • - 20 Pink Peppercorn
  • - 10 rocket leaves
  • - Extra virgin olive oil
  • - salt

Preparation:

Arrange the slices of smoked salmon or raw on a platter. Apply a few small drops of oil on each slice of salmon and add red pepper. Serve accompanied with some herb.
