The Combava (Citrus Hystrix) is a fruit of the genus Citrus. Its tree is small and thorny. The Combava powder is obtained by grinding the dried rind of the fruit.

TIPS FOR USE
- For a relaxing tisane put 1/4 teaspoon of powdered Combava in a cup and add hot water. After about 5 minutes the powder settles and the tisane is ready.
- A delicious tisane made of Combava and Ginger can be made by putting a teaspoon of ginger powder and 1/4 teaspoon of Combava in a cup and adding very hot water. Leave for 5 minutes, then enjoy your tisane. See also this product of ours.
- For a dinner for two people - as a general advise, add 1/2 teaspoon of Combava powder to your recipe during cooking and/or 1/4 teaspoon to the salad dressing.
- Combines good with fresh fruit. Add a few pinches of Combava powder to sliced fresh fruit to obtain a pleasant and refreshing taste.
- For a tasty smoothie, mix the fruit with a vegetal yoghurt and 1/2 teaspoon of Combava powder. Mix in a blender for 1minute.
- Suitable for the preparation of spicy condiments because its refreshing scent matches perfectly with the more intense scent of chili peppers or ginger.
- Combava matches very well with whipped cream. Just add some on top or mix during preparation, for a pleasant welcoming taste-addition of your cake or other application.
