Twelve to 15 times more natural vanilla has been used per litre - 100% certified organic - than in normal extract (1.2 - 1.5 kg/l instead of 100g/l).
The extraction was carried out with alcohol, as usual. Then the concentrate obtained was strengthened by extraction with CO2. This extract still contains alcohol and 2% pure, biological and .100% natural vanillin.
